Hair by Ciara was started in 2011.  Her mission is to provide quality hair with her priority being customer service and satisfaction. She continues to grow in the hair industry and is passionate about what she does.

With over a decade of experience here in Honolulu, Ciara obtained her professional credentials in Cosmetology from Ulupono, a Paul Mitchell school. She continues to update and expand her education training. She has taken training under Toni and Guy, Aveda, Daniel M Beauty, Blonde chronicles, Mane Ivy, and Kathy Nunez.
